Hello! My name is Merle and I'm the owner and baker at Forest Lake Cakes. I was born and raised in Estonia  but I have studied and worked in other countries for years - Sweden, Belgium and since 2014 in the UK. I have always loved baking and it gives me a lot of joy to make from scratch something beautiful and delicious that brings a smile to another person's face.
